Last Saturday we started the year with the course that is traditional and is performed at this time and that is the first level of Krav Maga, a system which is gradually becoming established on more traditional because of its technical simplicity and therefore leave no part of its effectiveness, being suitable for all levels of defense, since beginner to advanced, in this first level worked empty hand techniques, and the next course will be the February 26 and will work with and against weapons, means we have a full course of Krav Maga on February 19 morning and afternoon in Gandia, from here to invite everyone to take a touch and taste this defense system .
